I TRUST AND BELIEVE IN THE INFALLIBLE WORD OF GOD
Category: Religion and Philosophy
God is the source of all truth and
the old and new testament is the infallible word of God
Jesus Christ is the embodiment of the fulfillment of the Old Testament, and the full and living expression of the New Testament through his Spirit to us.
Rev. 19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
What should we say about the Bible then?
The words that came from God to the Prophets is also the word of God written, and Jesus Christ is the Word of God made flesh, and there is no conflict between the two. There are many translations from the original Hebrew and Greek into English which has created some challenges, for instance… culture and language differences, but these can be overcome by the many historical study aides that are available today, that is why we are to study so that those who are of that spirit of Satan will not be able to bring shame upon those that know God and Walk in His ways.
2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Satan and his puppets are always seeking to destroy the work of God and the people of God.
The Word of God lives in us and was also written down for us, He leads us in the ways of life and truth.
To understand the Word of God you must have the Spirit of God living in you, other than that you will never be able to understand the scriptures or the Lord Jesus Christ, and know this also, that God chose us first, then we chose Him.
Psalms 119:160 Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.

THERE ARE THOSE THAT CALL THEMSELVES CHRISTIANS
AND
WOULD HAVE YOU BELIEVE THAT THE Word of God IS NOT INFALLIBLE.
jesus christ (the word of God) is Infallible:
Not erring: incapable of making a mistake. Incapable of failing: certain not to fail. Unerring in doctrine: incapable of being mistaken in matters of doctrine.
These people who teach that any part of the Word of God is not true are FALSE TEACHERS AND LIARS. They are not Christians at all. They are deceivers. First they deceive themselves... then they go about to deceive others. Deceives are the worst kind of unbelievers.
II Tim 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
There are those that would have you believe that the Old Testament and/or the New Testament are full of contradictions, but the true Christians say that there are no contradictions in the Word of God at all; No…Not even one.
Many have tried to prove that there are CONTRADICTIONS in the word of God, and all have utterly failed.
They deny that Jesus fulfilled the law (the Old Testament). There are plenty of lessons that we can learn from the Old Testament but we are not bound to live "By the Law", as some try to teach.
We live... by the teachings of Christ and his Apostles.
Cursed by the Law
Gal 1:6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: 7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
Is that strong enough for you who say that we should not judge you for not believing the Word of God as it is written?
And yet we do not judge you for you bring judgment upon yourself.
We are called into the GRACE of Christ
but what grace can there be for those that deny the Word of God?
The Apostle Paul says that you who would pervert the Gospel of Christ should be "accursed".
*Accursed: means; to its own destruction.
When you say that there are contradictions in the Bible, Old or New Testament
you speak that to your own destruction!
MATT. 12:36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
MATT. 12:37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
Therefore if you say that the Word of God is true from the beginning to the end, then you speak that to your own salvation...
...and if you say that the Old or New Testament is not the whole truth then you speak that to your own destruction.
Legalism If you are of those that add "legalism" into the scriptures then you are also deceived adding destruction to yourself.
If you teach that we, as born again Christians, must live by the Mosaic law then you are teaching that the New Testament that is of our Lord Jesus Christ is a lie, and that makes you a false teacher and God will deal with you as such.
Gal 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
Gal 2:19 For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.
Gal 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness [come] by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. (there's that word 'grace' again)
Gal 3:1 ¶ O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth,…
Gal 3:10 ¶ For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse…
Gal 3:11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, [it is] evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
Gal 3:12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.
Gal 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed [is] every one that hangeth on a tree.
For those of you who are still clouded in your understanding of the scriptures, you must get this settled in your mind and spirit... The New Testament does not make the Old Testament a lie... Nor does the Old Testament make the New Testament a lie...
But rather Jesus Christ fulfilled the law (The O.T.laws).
That is to say that He put an end to the LAW OF SIN AND DEATH ...
for those who accept his propitiation for our sins his death on the cross, and Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
show your FAITH IN god's word by posting whatever scriptures that God lays on your heart today. THIS IS A SHARED MYSPACE.
